Updated user guide for Model of Estate Costs (MEC)

The 2016 updated version of the Model of Estates Costs (MEC) and user guide is now available to AUDE members.
The MEC is part of the AUDE toolkit for a sustainable estate, which consists of tools and guidance comprising:
