We are currently working on a replacement framework the Estates Professional Services (RM928)
The Estates Professional Services framework will provide professional property related services to central government and the wider public sector. It will enable customers to reduce property costs, release unwanted property assets, identify savings and recognise opportunities to generate income from land and buildings. It will deliver the expertise that the public sector needs at the right cost, as well as supporting innovation and simplifying processes.
