As you will no doubt now be aware The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force on 25th May 2018 and builds on the existing Data Protection Act (1998) requirements. Back in October we worked with legal firm Capital Law to produce a webinar covering the subject and addressing the issues you raised as important.
