Dear members,
As part of a review of future development and training needs, the Learning & Development Group is seeking your views on how to enhance our current programme offerings in ways that can respond to changing needs. We are conscious that some of the talks, seminars, courses, and webinars are familiar and have perhaps exhausted their usefulness whilst others may still be fresh and relevant. In particular, we’re keen to encourage innovative approaches to the subject matter and mode of delivery.
In this simple survey you will see 3 key questions and a free-text category and I would welcome your contributions. We have kept it simple so that it shouldn’t take long to complete. By doing so, you will be helping your Association to better equip you and your teams to meet existing and future challenges. The deadline for returns is 12 March.
