Insight into the New London Plan and potential opportunities and implications - Webinar with Savills
Synopsis: The GLA has announced that it will be consulting on an issues paper, ‘Towards a new London Plan’ between 9th May and 22nd June. Following publication of this document, join us to discuss the direction of travel of the eagerly awaited new London Plan. One of the key changes will be the need for the London Plan to rely on the new National Standard Method for calculating housing which will result in significant increases in housing targets across most London boroughs. A full review of London’s Green Belt may also be required.
