Because of the demand for places, this is not the booking process, but an initial enquiry to establish genuine demand. The AUDE conference steering group will review all expressions of interest, and we will get back to you in due course if you have been shortlisted. Each successful applicant will be allocated an exhibition/stand package with the aim of achieving a balanced representation of different service providers.
If you are interested in a supporter opportunity or exhibition package at the AUDE 2025 conference, please contact Ella with your three preferred packages in order of preference.
While expressing your interest please also detail in your email your ideas about your ideas for interaction and sustainability on your stand at the AUDE
conference.
If you are applying for an exhibitor package, please include 100 words on how you will make your stand interactive and entertaining for delegates.
If you are applying for a headline supporter package, please include an overview of your proposed session and intended speakers.
The Conference Steering Group will then review all expressions of interest and we will advise you whether your expression of interest will be taken further, in due course. Please note that if you do not submit all the information as requested above, your application may not be considered.

Exhibitors are being targeted by organisations claiming to be, or work with AUDE. They offer misleading directory services, accommodation recommendations and show guide services – sometimes they use existing AUDE branding which may appear genuine.
Please be aware and remain vigilant when contacted by these organisations. We recommend not responding to these communications and to circulate examples of scam emails to make the appropriate teams aware of the risk.
