Submit your expression of interest for any course by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. AUDE will be in touch regarding dates, venue and next steps. A final delivery programme will be issued to interested AUDE recipients to confirm their attendance and the delegate programme will then be set.
The courses will be run within the region expressing the greatest geographical demand. Venues are likely to be on a university campus. Delivery dates will consider delegates preference wherever possible.
Courses are available to AUDE members at a subsidised rate as part of membership benefits and will be offered on a first come, first serve basis. Subsidised courses are only available to directors of
university estates and facilities, their direct reports and deputy directors. AUDE will verify this during the booking process. Additional costs associated with attendance will need to be covered by the
The minimum number of delegates per course is ten and the maximum number of delegates is 20. If there are more than 20 expressions of interest, the numbers will be split between additional courses and arranged geographically to minimise travel.
If you are unable to attend please notify us as soon as possible. AUDE reserve the right to charge £200 to the respective institution for no shows. Attendance records are completed by the training provider. Should you not be able to attend, we would accept a replacement delegate from your institution at no additional cost.
Feedback on course quality and delivery is facilitated by the course provider. The AUDE learning and development group will submit a report to the executive committee annually in March, which will capture feedback on each respective course, number of attendees and lessons learned.
