AUDE are proud to sponsor this year's Equality Challenge Unit conference taking place on Tuesday 7 and Wednesday 8 November in Birmingham.
A key theme of AUDE's chair Mike Clark is to actively support equality and diversity activities and are proud to support ECU's conference and further strengthen its mission. Book online.
Each of ECU’s subscribing institutions in England and Northern Ireland have one free place to attend the conference as part of their subscription package. Additional places for these institutions are available at a discounted cost
Universities across the UK are driving forward the equality agenda for the benefit of their students and staff. This conference aims to provide a showcase for this work and an opportunity for collaboration and sharing of experience, particularly in the context of new challenges such as Brexit.
All of the conference content will be framed around the themes of inclusivity,intersectionality and action:
creating an inclusive university
taking an intersectional approach to equality and diversity
taking action and overcoming barriers to action on equality and diversity
