We are pleased to launch the data gathering phase of the Capital Cost Database project.
To take part, download this excel workbook and submit your data. Data submissions are accepted on a rolling basis to ensure the database grows, please submit project details when you have them. The workbook consists of two worksheets, the first one contains project level information and the second is the cost data, which is set out in an industry standard RICS NRM format.
For the database to be successful, we need as many projects completed that you are able to provide.
Completed workbooks should be emailed to aude.data@aecom.com
