Nick Dalton is a director of Proteus Consulting and has over 25 years’ experience in higher education, construction, manufacturing and the oil and gas sectors. He was a partner with Davis Langdon Management Consultancy as well as having held director positions with other prestigious construction consultancies including EC Harris and Dearle & Henderson. For the past three years Nick, has worked for several HE institutions, designing and implementing change and improvement programmes.
