We recently created a Powepoint slide deck and matching pdf resource for a presentation on the theme of how to steer diffiuclt financial conversations with senior leaders in universities, and help them to see the compteing demands and relative priorities.
Do we maintain, retrofit, decarbonise...when we have difficult choices to make how do we steer the conversation? The presentation 'Retrofit or decarbonisation?' is available as both a Powerpoint deck and a pdf.
As we have had positive feedback from members who have used these, we want to make sure members have access to them and are reminded that they are available.
