AUDE Members and Non-Members booking information for the Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony on Wednesday 30th April at Amgueddfa Genedlaethol Caerdydd - National Museum Cardiff. Bookings will close on 11th April 2025.
AUDE Members Ticket Prices:
- Individual £120 +VAT
- Table of 10 £1,000 +VAT
These tickets include attendance at the Gala Dinner and Awards evening (Wednesday 30 April) which includes the drinks reception, a 3 course meal and attendance to the Awards presentation. It does NOT include attendance to any other parts of the conference or accommodation. If you have any questions about accommodation and where to book please email corinne@aude.ac.uk.
Supplier Tickets
- Individual £180 +VAT (cap of 2 tickets per company) If you would like more then please email corinne@aude.ac.uk to be added to the waiting list.

Please note you will be sat with our supplier applicants and not AUDE members.
Processing Invoices
Due to the cost of processing invoices, we strongly prefer delegates to pay by credit card. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please proceed with the booking and on the final stage of booking there will be an additional button ‘pay by invoice’ as well as the usual button to 'pay online'. Please click on the pay by invoice button and enter the purchase order number you would like to be used for this invoice and then complete the booking. Our accounts team will be notified of your invoice request and will supply you with an invoice to pay. If you do not provide a PO number we will not be able to process and confirm your booking.
If you do intend to pay by card, please have it ready when you start the booking process as choices cannot be saved and bookings are not complete until payment has been processed.
