The sessions for the day will include:
Benchmarking cleaning services
The launch of the report from the AUDE benchmarking exercise on cleaning services, run with our partners Litmus FM. Hear what we have found, as well as a case study from a university on how they have transformed their own cleaning services.
Data driven decision making
What data do you need to help you transform services and run them more efficiently? Can you access and interpret it, how can it be presented to help make a business case? Using a draft guide to the topic, we will be discussing the importance of data in nearly everything we do
FM contracting
How to get the best from our outsourced contracts, from getting the market interested, through tendering to performance management
Legal update
With a raft of upcoming legislation that will affect our services this will give an overview of the key changes in the pipeline including for England and Wales waste regs, BSA, Martyn’s Law, Renters Rights. The position in Scotland will be covered as will learning from each

Parking:
On-the-day parking available for £7 per day.
By Train:
Bristol Temple Meads is the main closest train station, and you can use local buses or an e-scooter to transport you to the venue. There is also a connecting train service from Temple Meads to Clifton Down train station on Whiteladies Road which will take you closer to the venue. From there, you can take the 1, 2, 2a, 3, 4 and U1 buses or a 30-minute walk.
Places are limited to 50, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
