Member Preparation – Innovation Spotlight Session

At the upcoming July meeting, we will be hosting a short member showcase session focused on AI-enabled building analytics, utilisation and optimisation.

To get the most from this session, please come prepared to:

  • Reflect on your own estate challenges particularly around space utilisation, energy management and deferred maintenance
  • Consider any related work or trials your organisation is currently undertaking or exploring in this area
  • Bring questions this is a peer-to-peer session and your input and experience will shape the discussion
  • Be ready to engage with a live proof-of-concept demonstration and share your own context where relevant

This session is an opportunity to explore practical, real-world applications of AI in estate management alongside peers facing similar pressures. Your active participation will make it as valuable as possible.
