Overview
Skanska has been providing hard facilities management and repair services for this vital PFI project since 2000, services include mechanical, electrical, building fabric services, variations and lifecycle works. Skanska were chosen to continue as the provider at benchmarking in 2018. Our in-house team of experts provide a range of mechanical and electrical engineering services and have also delivered a range of capital works and lifecycle renewal projects, all within a complex, highly secure environment. The Heritage aspects of the buildings and operational security make this an interesting environment and there are a few interesting components to the environment.
