All the sessions will take place in the Bill Brown Suite which is located on the ground floor of the Queen's Building. Information on the building is available here.
Finding your way to the event is easy; the Queen's Building is situated right in the heart of the University of Bristol's campus, short walk from the city centre and is easily accessible by bus, car or on foot.
By Train
Bristol Temple Meads is the closest main train station, 1.3 miles and a 25-minute walk away from the venue. Alternatively, you can use local buses and taxis to transport you to the venue.
By Coach
Several bus services stop within a short walk from the Queen's Building:
- Services 1, 2, 2a, 8 and 72 all run from Temple Meads train station, services 3 and4 run from the city centre. Alight at Park Street Top
- Service U1 operates term-time only and runs from Stoke Bishop. Alight at Cantock’s Close.
Car parking
There is limited pay-and-display street parking around the Queen's Building on Woodland Road and other neighbouring roads. There is also a long stay NCP car park nearby on Trenchard Street. For further parking information.

Park & Ride:
Park and Ride services allow you to park without difficulty on the outskirts of the city. A bus transports you to the city centre. For further information please visit here.

Clayton Hotel, Bristol
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night accommodation and breakfast is included at the at the 4-star Clayton Hotel Bristol which is a 15 minute walk to the Queen's Building. The hotel has an on-site restaurant, 24 hour gym, free WiFi, meeting facilities and is minutes walk to the city centre and Bristol harbourside. The hotels address is 35 – 37 Broad Street, Bristol BS1 2EQ. Check is from 15:00 and check out is 11:00.
Breakfast will be available at the hotel. Lunch will be served onsite at the University. Monday dinner will be offsite, Tuesday & Wednesday dinner will be onsite at the University Campus. Further information will be available to delegates in the joining instructions.
Hotel Car Parking
Please note that parts of the Old City in Bristol have been pedestrianised to create a safer and more accessible area for pedestrians and cyclists. As a result, vehicles cannot drive directly outside the hotel entrance.
Clayton Hotel Bristol City does not have a car park, There are many car parks located within a short distance of the hotel. Some of these include NCP Rupert Street, NCP Nelson Steet and the Galleries. For more information on parking options whilst in Bristol read here.
