Booking Information

East Midlands Conference Centre, University of Nottingham

Tickets for AUDE members to attend the AUDE Showcase are complimentary (bookings will close Friday 15 August).

The price of ticket includes:

Expert topical session delivery from current and experienced directors of estates and special interest group chairs
Plenary from AUDE member directors
All meals and refreshments 
Opportunity to network with the AUDE community
University tour (subject to availability)
Pre conference networking drinks and dinner reception
CPD accredited

There is no accommodation included in the ticket but if you require accommodation, The Orchard Hotel is opposite the conference centre and can be booked via the hotel website. Further booking instructions are here.

Bookings will be available at the current, best available rate. If rates show higher than £130, please use code AUDE2025 to book at £130 before 21st July 2025.

You are also welcome to book through a 3rd party site, if this offers you the best rate.

Non-member and Corporate tickets

Please note there are no tickets available for non-members or corporates to attend our Showcase. If you are interested in supporting the event, please download the supporters document. Any questions please email ruth@aude.ac.uk.
