AUDE’s coaching programme allows members to develop their career through on-the-job learning. It involves estates and facilities management professionals in higher education from 186 institutions in the UK and Republic of Ireland. This initiative offers unique career development opportunities and we encourage members to get involved. The programme requires coaches to volunteer their time to help another member progress their learning and career. This can be done through coaching, secondment or career advice. They can take place in person or virtually depending on any restrictions in place.
You can read the guidance on the AUDE Coaching programme here.
Register with AUDE to become a coach - please leave a short paragraph telling members about your areas of expertise and experience, so they can match to the right coach for their developmental needs.
